The Special MPO Council Meeting will include the following:
1.EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Pursuant to the authorities noted below, the Council’s agenda will include an Executive Session for the following matters:
(1) (a) C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e)(I) to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing a strategy for negotiations, and instructing negotiators, and (b) C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) to seek the advice of the Council’s attorney regarding the same.
(2) C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) to seek the advice of the Council’s attorney regarding the prior executive director’s claim for unemployment wages.
