2026 North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization Certification Review Comment Form

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) invite you to provide comments about the efforts of the North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization (NFRMPO) for the Northern Colorado region. The NFRMPO is responsible for compliance with the federal metropolitan transportation planning regulations in the region. They partner with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), Transfort, City of Loveland Transit (COLT) and Greeley Evans Transit (GET), and other County and Local planning agencies to accomplish this goal.

The Federal Review Team is asking for your feedback, based on your experience or interaction with the NFRMPO. Topics can range from the role of the NFRMPO and regional partners in the development of federal planning products, engagement with the public, and the administration of the metropolitan planning process. The federal planning products include the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP), Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP), and thePublic Involvement Plan.
