Public Comment
The NFRMPO periodically provides public comment periods to provide a forum for public input on the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP), Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), and other documents.

2025 Active Transportation Plan (ATP) The 2025 ATP will outline the region’s shared Active Transportation goals and improvements to the region’s Active Transportation System. The ATP is updated every four years and must advance the goals and objectives stated in the 2050 Regional Transportation Plan. 2026 Freight Northern Colorado Plan (FNC) The NFRMPO is currently working on a new version of the Freight Northern Colorado Plan (FNC), set to be published in 2026. The 2025 Coordinated Plan The Coordinated Plan aims to identify transportation issues, service overlaps, and gaps affecting vulnerable populations, including older adults, individuals with disabilities, and low-income individuals, within the urbanized portions of Larimer and Weld counties. It also outlines goals and strategies to address these identified issues. As a recipient of FTA §5310 funds, the NFRMPO updates the Coordinated Plan every four years with guidance from the Larimer and Weld County Mobility Committees, local stakeholders, transportation providers, and other public members.
